Well-Being Christmas Gift Guide

I've put together some of my favourite things from small businesses that I use to help relax and that just feels good for my well-being. These would make great Christmas gifts this year.

1. Candle -

Nothing beats lighting the candles as it begins to get dark outside. Little Candle Project is a small business situated in Aberdeen, Scotland. I've had the pleasure of working with Peter on a photography project a few years back and I just love their candles! I love the design with the little brown jars, but the scent of these candles blow me away! Fireside and Wild Mint are beyond my favourite.

2. Slippers -

Who doesn't love a good pair of slippers (or fluffy socks if that's your fancy) on a chilly winters evening. I've had my eyes on these from Passenger for far too long! While Passenger aren't a small small business, their ethos and values are strong in promoting wellbeing, connecting with nature and protecting the planet. They even plant a tree with every order!

3. Bath Salts -

I just love a bath! There is nothing better than a chilled soak after a long day/week. What’s even better? Phoenix and Providence seaweed bath salts!! Seaweed has many skincare benefits including moisturising, hydrating and detoxifying - perfect for the winter months ahead! It just smells beautifully as well. Go on… add this to your next bath, you wont be disappointed.

4. Coffee / Hot Chocolate -

I am a lover of a cup of coffee in the mornings and a heart warming hot chocolate in the evenings. Grey Seal Coffee and Calm Cocoa both deliver high quality products and I love them!

Calm Cocoa

Simply heaven in a mug! Calm Cocoa hot chocolate is such flavoursome and truly delicious. With mindfulness at the heart of their business, I couldn’t think of a better way to wind down with a mug of this!

Grey Seal Coffee

Award winning coffee roasters in North Norfolk make beautiful coffee. My favourite blend is the Two Bean Espresso with a rich nutty flavour. It simply doesn’t disappoint - no better way to wake up in the morning.

5. Coffee / Hot Chocolate Mug -

These handmade mugs are far beyond my favourite! Teppi are a Scandinavian inspired lifestyle store based in the UK, who were inspired by the slow, simple Icelandic life. Priding themselves with beautifully handmade and decorated ceramics, these mugs are a perfect size for my morning coffee or evening hot coco!

6. Wooly Hat/Snood -

Little Brown Bird is a lovely small business. I purchased a wooly hat from Jenny last Autumn and I still my favourite to wear. Using natural 100% British and Welsh wool means all her products are naturally soft and comfy, and come in a range of beautiful and natural colours. If a wooly hat isn’t for you, there is always a snood.

7. Newson Massage Therapy Gift Voucher -

Last but not least - why not gift someone precious time that they can spend on themselves and experience that deserving, relaxing massage. I currently offer Swedish Massage and Hot Stones Massage. You can order a gift voucher by sending me a DM on my instagram page.

I wish you the very merriest of Christmases and hope you have a wonderful time whichever way you choice to celebrate.
